for purchasing your new or pre-enjoyed boat from Vic's Sports Center!
We are here to make certain that you are completely satisfied and happy
with your purchase.
PAPERWORK,
TITLES, BILL OF SALE
We take care of
all the necessary title work for our Ohio customers, and we will have
all the required paperwork for those customers who are living in a different
state. There are a few things that we need you to know...
1) For NEW
Boats:
We do not always have the MSO's available when you pick up your boat,
but we do everything we can to get them as quickly as possible. The State
of Ohio will not allow us to hold the MSO until the boat is sold.
2) For PRE-OWNED
Boats:
We should have the titles (boat, motor, trailer) unless we needed to pay
off the loan for the previous customer. If this is the case, we may not
yet have received the clear titles from the bank. Rest assured that we
keep on top of this the very best that we can, and we sincerely appreciate
your patience.
For
OHIO Customers:
Remember
- you can use your boat for a period of 45 DAYS with your Bill
of Sale until we complete all of the necessary title work. If you are
using your boat, please keep your Bill of Sale WITH YOU.
CUSTOMERS
TRADING IN THEIR BOATS
In order to make
the transfer of your boat to the new owner(s) as easy and quickly as possible,
please:
1) Have ALL of
your titles available when you trade in your boat to us. We need:
>>> CLEAR title for the boat.
>>> CLEAR title for the motor.
>>> CLEAR title or registration for the trailer.
2) If Vic's Sports
Center is required to pay off your loan:
>>> PLEASE send us the titles as quickly as possible when you
receive them.
Sign
at seller.
IF
YOU ARE AN OUT-OF-STATE CUSTOMER...
A) We MUST have
the clear title for the boat and the trailer
B) You MUST SIGN a Power of Attorney for that we can get a title for the
motor.

very important so that we can get the titles into Vic's Sports Center's
name to be ready and available for the new customers.
